YES we did get some snow last night.  About 3″ in the snow play areas I checked this morning.

This may be the last for the year so if you want some fun in the snow get  in the car and come on up

There is NO snow for snowplay at time here is the Wrightwood/Big Pines area.

What a beautiful day in the mountains.  We received about 5-6″ of snow yesterday.

Road are open to Big Pines with no controls.

The roads west of Big Pines are both Hwy2 and N4 are closed at this time.  But there is still plenty of area to play in the snow.

Well we got rain on Wed. here.  So there is some snow play but not very much.  If you have to drive a great distance I would not at this time.

The WX Service says that we should get snow in March so lets keep our fingers crossed.

It is another beautiful day here in Wrightwood/ Big Pines area.  Blue sky with some wind at the higher ridges.

The snow play conditions look very good still.  It is still cold at night so this is what is keeping the snow in good conditions.

But the bad new is I would suggest that you wait until next week to come on up.  As the road conditions will be very bad today with this new storm.
