I just came back from looking at the snow play areas and we have GREAT conditions.  The picture above was taken this morning.  Click on the picture for a larger view.  The weather is sunny, with some wind.  A storm is due in tonight and thru Sunday.  So if you want good travel conditions come on up today.

Always make sure you carry chains that fit your car and that you know how to install them. Only play in the snow on Public lands, (stop to see us at Mountain Hardware and  we can provide you with a map and info where the best conditions are currently). Please respect private property and do not play there.   You will also need an Adventure Pass $5.00 per day or $30.00 for a year we can supply that for you. Please remember to always pick up and take home any trash as this will make it nicer for the next visitor.

W received 7-10″ in the snow play areas yesterday and last night YAHOO!!!!!!

We have just started to receive snow just above town.   So per the National Weather Service we should get snow tonight and into Monday.  Then a chance of another storm on Fri. and Sat. of this week.  So this maybe just what we need for a fun Snow Play weekend or even during the week.  So keep in touch and I will let you know how the conditions are.

We do not have any snow for snow play at this time.   It is currently cloudy with little mist up high and very windy.

We received a small storm last night.  The temp. was warm so we did not receive any snow just rain.

At this time there is very little areas to play in the snow.  Come on up and go for a hike or a drive.

WE are getting rain this morning and yesterday.  Most of the snow play snow is gone at this time.  so best wait for the next storm before you come up for snow play.

We have had warm weather this week and most of the snow play is gone at this time.  So if you are looking to go sledding then check back after the next storm.  But if you are looking for something to do this weekend with the kids come on up and have a picnic or take a hike (many of the trails are open).  Swing by the store and we will give you the most current info on the best areas for what you want to do.
